NetSpend Internal Mobility Options

Internal Transfer/Internal Promotion Guidelines:

In addition to submitting your resume via the internal jobs website for a specific job opening, internal candidates (Full-time permanent employees only) must fill out and submit the Internal Transfer Authorization Form, the NetSpend Criminal Check Authorization form, and the NetSpend Credit Check Authorization form to Recruiting. The Internal Transfer Authorization form verifies the following:

Credit check: You have submitted the NetSpend Credit Check Authorization Form to Human Resources (if required for the position). If a credit check is required, delinquent debt (including charge offs and collection items) cannot exceed $4,000.00.

Criminal check: You have submitted the NetSpend Criminal Check Authorization Form to Human Resources.

Time requirements: You are required to be in your current role as a NetSpend employee for either 90 days (if applying for a position within same department) or 6 months (if applying for a position outside of current department).

Manager approval: Your immediate manager has been made aware of your desire to apply for this position and approved you to do so. You are also currently in good standings within your position (with no written corrective actions within the last 6 months).

Once you have submitted your resume through the website you will receive an automated email containing the three forms. You must turn in these forms within 2 days of applying for the position through the Internal Careers Site.  If you do not receive this email, please visit the NetSpend intranet to find the forms.
