The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks dynamic, high-caliber and experienced professionals to join our Exhibitions and Digital Business Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for onsite operations and logistics during trade and public fairs
- Work with external parties and internal departments on the required technical setup for buyer registration and briefing sessions
- Proof-read and follow up on graphics and artwork in relation to exhibition setup such as backdrops, signage and displays
- Prepare buyer badges and printed matters and produce eDM including content creation and results monitoring
- Liaise with service providers on the recruitment of temporary staff and other services
- Provide briefing to onsite temporary staff and prepare briefing materials
- Compile budget report on project spending and statistical reports
- Perform clerical and other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 2 years' working experience
- Proficiency in MS Applications including Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua
- Flexible and a good team player
- Proactive, well-organized, self-motivated, efficient, responsible and detail-minded, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Excellent co-ordination and interpersonal skills, tactful in dealing with all levels of people
- Willing to work overtime and occasionally on weekends/public holidays
Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be offered.
