Responsibilities:
- Assist Project manager in collecting & preparing user requirements specifications and preparing functional specifications for business systems development
- Liaise with vendors, users and internal/cross-functional teams on all product-related issues
- Facilitate and conduct acceptance test (UAT), log defects and follow up on bug/defect fixing
- Support the full product development lifecycle, system rollout and deployment, and work closely with the technical team to configure and optimize the customer experience
- Analyze and research on market B2B & B2C products and assist in providing valuable insights to facilitate management decision making
- Monitor the progress of project deliverables
- Update documentation such as but not limited to operational workflows and meeting notes
- Other ad-hoc project assignments
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Digital Management, Information System or related disciplines
- Working experience in product management, product development or project management is preferrable
- Able to work independently and under pressure when issues may escalate or timelines demand
- Strong problem-solving, research, analytical and presentation skills with well-organized, process oriented and positive approach
- Good team player with interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to collaborate with different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
