Graphic Supervisor (Contract)

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Exhibition Services Department.

Responsibilities:

  • To calculate graphics production cost estimates for marketing team
  • To check graphics materials requested by the contractors and monitor their graphics production progress
  • To coordinate with the operation team in on-site set-up and dismantling of booths and special design jobs
  • To monitor preparation, issue and return of graphics materials and computer graphics cutting machines
  • To ensure graphics production meets the schedules and specifications
  • To assist supervisor in supervising graphics production team for all graphics production activities
  • To handle computer files provided by users

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in exhibition contracting or graphics production
  • Familiar with graphic softwares, e.g.,AI, Photoshop & Illustrator, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW
  • Self-motivated, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good project management skills with ability to deal with contractors
  • 5.5 working days per week. Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
  • Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred
  • Workplace in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre [Shuttle bus service will be provided from Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station]

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
