The Health Safety Environment (HSE) Administrator provides administrative assistance to the Coiled Tubing and Specialty Cutting Divisions to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, customer requirements, and Helix HSE programs and policies. This position will work to directly support the location Health Safety Environment (HSE) Manager and the location management team.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

No experience necessary but office experience is a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.

Energy industry experience preferred.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Assist with maintaining all OSHA guideline statistics and records; assist with input for current safety information into proposals as required; assist with maintaining all safety/environmental reporting statistics, maintain HSE standards registers and reference documents.

·         Work with Operations Management and field personnel to schedule training classes as required for field and office personnel to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Responsible for updating and filing daily training update reports for operational reference.

·         Assist with supporting all operational and office requirements including working as backup for Operations Administrator, including Oracle payroll, and other front office reception duties as needed.

·         Responsible for assisting with the collection and reporting of KPI statistics and participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE meetings.

·         Responsible for maintaining a HSE and Operational training matrix and performing data entry for ISNetworld and various other customer designated safety databases.

·         Responsible for storage of all safety files, both hard copy and digital, including review and distribution of BOSS cards, JSEA, and training records.

·         Responsible for measurement and analysis of HSE parameters and data required for effective continual improvement.

·         Assist with improving the safety culture within the organization by using tools such as safety initiatives, safety alerts, hazard hunts, mentoring, training etc.·   

·         Support HSE and Operations management with emergency response; assist with all HSE incident reporting.
