Regional Director

  • Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years Project Management and/or logistics experience
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize and move forward multiple projects simultaneously
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to lead nuanced communication with vendors as well as state local government officials
    • Demonstrated ability to execute key purchasing, personnel, and operations decisions autonomously and in communication with Executive Team
    • Experience with managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously
    • Ability to travel to COVID sites, Travel with be 80% of job requirement
    • Strong Microsoft office, Teams skills a plus
  • Responsibilities
    • Manage the operations and throughput for 3-5 COVID testing sites
    • Work closely with scheduler, facilities team, Site Manager, State Manager, and Executive team
    • Responsible for daily and weekly reporting to management/State Lead
    • Perform daily check in with all Site Managers and key testing staff
    • Monitor site budgets and execute purchasing and vendors decisions within budget
    • Coordination weekly schedules and performance benchmarks for Drive Through and Mobile Site sites including staff scheduling and resource allocation, as well as coordination with local government and site coordinators to establish and execute on testing needs
    • Manage vendors and team members needed for the stand-up of static drive through sites
    • Collaborate with third party facility leads for testing operations at existing existing facilities
