LTS is seeking a DIRECTOR OF EMERGING MARKETS

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Job Description Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Commitment to integrity, responsibility, accountability and authentic servant leadership.
  • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan that meets or exceeds quota targets.
  • Research and prospect to make outbound cold calls. “Focus on customer” by understanding their challenges and obstacles.
  • Understand and articulate the depth and breadth of LTS locations and upcoming emerging markets locations
  • Appropriately qualify all leads and establish an action plan.
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
  • Cooperate with sales management to determine strategic approaches for sales.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects for the organization.
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and two years related experience or five years related work experience post high school
  • Two years implementing sales strategies
  • One year of leading and directing field sales teams Preferred Qualifications
  • Three years of developing and leading field teams at the executive level
  • Three years experience in managing customer service relationships
  • Coaching mentality
