LTS is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team at a COVID-19 vaccine and testing sites throughout Michigan, including but not limited to the areas in and around the metropolitan areas of Detroit, Ann Arbor, Saginaw, Marquette, Mackinaw City, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Muskegon, Lansing, Traverse City and Flint.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Patient Service Representatives will perform a critical role in the operation of LTS’ COVID-19 testing sites and/or vaccination clinics. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to provide professional customer service for individuals, families & community groups in compliance with LTS policies, procedures, professional standards, and program safety protocols.
