We are contracted with the CDC to assist with increasing access to COVID-19 testing in the communities across the country that are at greater risk of being affected by the pandemic. The CDC Increasing Community Access to Testing (ICATT) program supports no-cost COVID-19 testing for persons who are symptomatic, have been exposed, or are at high-risk of severe outcomes.  The program also supports surge testing in state and local jurisdictions. These surge sites provide expanded community testing in response to a sudden increase in COVID-19 transmission.  LTS provides unmanned COVID-19 testing kits through kiosk machines at designated locations across the country.    

We are currently seeking a motivated Kiosk Operations Project Manager who is focused on patient care and serving their community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

Responsible for day-to-day management of deployed medical testing kiosks, including: 

  • Managing deployment planning activities across a matrixed team to ensure timely deployment and seamless transition into operations 

  • Interfacing with clients regarding kiosk status 

  • Tracking actual test volume for each kiosk 

  • Ensuring volume reporting is current and accurate 

  • Forecasting demand within areas of responsibility 

  • Determining whether and where kiosks need to be moved to support patient needs 

  • Planning for courier support based on pipeline of new kiosks being deployed 

  • On-boarding couriers, establishing and adjusting courier routes  

  • Ensuring couriers are timely and supporting every kiosk on their route 

  • Integrating courier routes with established shipping services 

  • Ensuring shipments are made to the appropriate laboratory and specimen are resulted timely 

  • Ensuring preventive and field maintenance is performed 

  • Coordinating upgrade and retrofit activities 

  • Support program growth through new opportunity identification with current client(s) and by identifying other sales opportunities in your area of operations 

  • Part-time travel (up to 40%) 

  • Other duties as assigned  

 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 4 years of experience with logistics management for distributed hardware and software platforms preferred 

  • BA or BS degree required 

  • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills 

  • Time management skills 

  • Must be self-motivated  

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong proficiency with MS Office; basic experience with one or more industry standard software systems 

  • Experience managing customers in a contractual environment  

  • Active Driver’s License 

  • Ability to pass background check  

 

Physical Requirements:   

  • Ability to work inside and outside for extended periods of time 

  • Ability to perform job duties while, sitting, standing, squat, bend at the waist, kneel and walking for extended period of time 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15- 20lbs., reach in all directions, and unassisted. Ability to use lifting motion over and below waist from 15lbs-20lbs. without assistance   

  • Ability to use vision or corrective vision to determine depth perception and to discriminate between color coated objects 

  • Ability to perform gross motor functions, fine motor functions and maintain olfactory sensory functions 

  • Ability to work in latex safe environment 

  • May be exposed to infectious diseases and occupational dangers such as needle pricks and outdoor inclement weather
