LTS is seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master, who is well versed in using Lean and Agile practices to enable teams to achieve and maintain a high level of performance. In addition to delivering on client outcomes in a fast-paced environment, the Scrum Master will play a key role as servant leader and coach to propel the team toward learning through experimentation and observation.
You will be part of a highly skilled team working in a dynamic environment that leverages automation and technology to deliver a net new healthcare solution for medical testing, harm reduction treatments, and preventative care. Your work will have a direct impact on addressing ongoing public health crises and will support vulnerable communities’ health needs.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience working as a part of a cloud engineering team following DevOps/DevSecOps culture. S/he has served previously as a Scrum Master, RTE, program manager, or equivalent with solid project management skills and a deep understanding of all things Agile (Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies).
