In the last year telehealth, digital therapeutics, and digital health have started to take center stage.
We are reimagining pharmacy – advancing digital technology and consumer engagement.
The Director of Product Design is responsible for the overall direction, requirements, design, UI/UX and CX of MedImpact’s digital products and properties.
This individual will lead a team of requirements analysts, UI/UX/CX specialists, and product management staff that will work with appropriate internal and external teams to design and develop new products/services which includes product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle (conception, definition, launch and post-launch). Gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision (being the product expert) and working closely with all relevant departments to ensure the success of the overall product model are among the duties included. This also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience); Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred. At least ten (10+) years’ experience in related areas along with five (5+) years’ prior management experience in building and managing high-performing teams. Experience with Pharmaceutical and/or Health Care data, data structure and standards a plus.
Other Skills and Abilities
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS/ Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook to create complex documents, manage schedules, and analyze data. Experienced business user of multiple software applications/processing systems. Demonstrated proficiency of key internal business applications associated with the position within six (6) months of active employment in the role; such as MedOptimize and Golden 32.
Travel - This position requires domestic travel of up to 10% - 15% of the time.
This position is eligible for Employee Referral Bonus at Level II.
