Data Architect

Description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Database Architect to support a rapidly growing and progressive SaaS company in Bethesda, MD. The Database Architect will be the first full-time member of a new team within the company and will be responsible for working with data that is spatio-temporal in a high-velocity stream of metadata.

A good candidate for the Database Architect MUST possess the following:

• 3-5 years of database implementation experience
• Proficiency with a NoSQL Database such as MongoDB, CouchDB, RethinkDB, Cassandra, Hadoop etc.
• Experience with an open-source SQL Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is a plus

Salary Range:   $140,000 - $150,000
