Description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Application Support Analyst for a healthcare organization in Raleigh, North Carolina (Raleigh, NC).  The Application Support Analyst will provide support and resolution to end users of an information system used by 3000 plus end users.  Additional responsibilities of the Application Support Analyst include: documentation, updates to training guides, testing of enhancements to the information system, and providing assistance in the decision making of new technologies.

This is a direct placement opportunity.

Requirements for the Application Support Analyst include the following:              

  • Over 2 years of application and system support experience
  • SQL Server skills with the ability to query backend databases to resolve data issues
  • Quick learner and problem solver
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 plus a full comprehensive benefits package
