Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Sr. Java Developer to work as part of an global financial technology hub in the Raleigh / Durham area. The Sr. Java Developer will be a part of the Trading and Risk Technology division developing applications for traders around the world. The ideal Sr. Java Developer will be a technically strong Java programmer and understand multi-threading and concurrent applications. They are a big Agile/Scrum shop, so all of the software development will be communicative and transparent, so being an excellent communicator is essential. The Sr. Java Developer will interface with internal customers to adjust development throughout the development process.

Requirements for the Sr. Java Developer include the following:                                                                          
• 5+ years experience in Java Development 
• Strong multi-threading experience
• Experience with SQL / PLSQL databases
• Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, creative

Compensation for the Sr. Java Developer: $90,000 – $118,000 depending on experience and salary history.
Location of the Sr. Java Developer: Raleigh, NC
