Database Implementation Engineer
Description
Piper Enterprise Solutions is looking for a Database Implementation Engineer for a growing and exciting company located in Bethesda MD. The company works with groundbreaking products that have won numerous security industry awards and made them a recognized pioneer in Security as a Service. The Database Engineer will work with spato-temporal data and high-velocity streams of metadata. The Database Engineer will help continuously improve data access for sub-second response for a fully distributed system.
Technical Requirements:
- 4+ years of database implementation experience
- Knowledge of C/C++, and Java for server side applications
- Experience with one or more NoSQL Database: MongoDB, CouchDB, RethinkDB, RavenDB,
- Knowledge of one or more open source SQL Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience with data modeling
- Bachelor’s in computer Science or related field of study
95,000-120,000 + health, dental, vision, 401k
