General Support Technician

This is a contract to hire position

Piper Enterprises Solutions is seeking a General Support Technician for a position based in the Raleigh, N.C. area. The General Support Technician is responsible for assisting customers with questions about the software and hardware of our products. The General Support Technician is also responsible for trouble shooting issues that may arise. The General Support Technician must also be able to assist customers by phone, email, chat, and remote computer access. The General Support Technician will also enter issues and resolutions into an automated ticketing system. The General Support Technician must have excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements for the General Support Technician

  • 1-3 years of technical support experience
  • Flexibility

Compensation

  • Compensation will be determined by recent salary history and relevant work experience
