Head of Customer Products

Description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Head of Customer IT Products with solid experience with strategic planning, collaborative leadership and technical competence in a broad range or technology disciplines in the Triad area.  The Head of IT Products will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, strategic competitive landscape and will play a key role for supporting customer demands.  In addition, the Head of IT Products will be responsible for insuring budgets, project financials, schedules and milestones.  Qualification and requirements for the Head of IT Products included the following:

• 15 + years of experience leading teams that provide technology products to customers. 
• Prior experience managing a team of 100-300 people. 
• Knowledge around P&L management that showcases experience around cost control and revenue generation.
• Prior experience working in the collaborative environment across multiple functions with an organization.
• Proven competency in developing effective and efficient solutions to complex business initiatives.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Depending on prior experience.
