Business Process Analysis

Description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a full-time position in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina (NC) area.  The Business Process Analyst will work hand in hand with their team and other business leaders to help define scope, identify business impacts, elicit business requirements, and enable better efficient decisions while enhancing quality, improving cycle time, functionality, and simplify the use of business solutions.  The Business Process Analyst must work well with others. 

Requirements for the Business Analyst include the following:

• 5+ years of experience in building and communicating core business requirements, and helping lead process improvement initiative driven by technology changes in a business environment.
• 4+ years of experience effectively working well with a team and managing relationships with multiple business partners.
• Someone who can take a problem, analyze, digest it, and teach others. 
• Experience performing business and process analysis in a knowledge worker environment and, preferably, on projects where new software was developed (not a COTS project) to address business problems or opportunities. 

Job Description:

• Acquire and maintain an understanding of the company’s business and develop an expertise in its workflows and outputs.
• Guide and lead cross functional teams in the business process analysis phase of a business improvement project.  
• Drive the business changes identified by working with cross functional groups, business function sponsors to implement across domains.
• Manage and coordinate software implementation activities that involve changes to the end users e.g. work with training group to ensure all impacted stakeholders get training, help business leaders to create new roles, understand organizational and personnel changes that come from implementation of new software.

Compensation:  $90,000 - $95,000
