Description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Information Assurance Engineer who will be supporting an IT government consulting firm that has won a contract with the Department of State in Tyson's Corner, VA. The Information Assurance Engineer will be responsible for C&A projects, assisting the development of IT systems in accordance to NIST guidelines, and support of oversees and domestic deployment of systems. The Information Assurance Engineer should have excellent communication skills and knowledge of networking structures.

A good candidate for the Information Assurance Engineer position MUST possess the following:

3-4 years of experience with C&A
Experience working with NIST guidelines
Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Visio, Project)
Extensive knowledge of firewalls, switches, SANS, Network Structures, and Databases
Ability to demonstrate experience with Security Categorization Forms, Information Technology Applications Base (ITAB), Privacy Impact Statements (PIA), Contingency Plan (CP), or Business Impact Analysts (BIA)
CISSP
BA/BS
Active Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $90,000
