The Compliance Auditor is well-balanced and experienced in IT asset management. This individual works closely with their Supply Chain team members, client Manager, and other cross-functional teams to be a key success component of the company's asset lifecycle and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a capacity to dive deep to solve complex problems. The candidate should possess excellent attention to detail. Experience partnering with cross-functional business and technical teams is a requirement. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.
• Keep a check on processes and regulations, ensuring compliance with IT policies and regulations
• Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies
• Support identifying the scope of the Governance processes, drafting and validating business cases, conducting business analysis, leading the gathering process of business requirements
• Participate in the assessment of current state and issue identification, develop recommendations aligned to strategic objectives, and draft high-level conceptual and detailed design recommendations
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update the standards and policies documentation
• Ensure hardware is properly set and checking in to the MDM
• Confirm 3-way match for POs, invoicing, and asset records
• Make certain tickets and collections have been created and actioned for terminations
• Enforce data accuracy and record keeping for data erasure and e-waste
• Make sure assets are properly locked when lost or stolen and from terminations
• Analyze data to ensure employees do not have more assets than allowed and take appropriate actions to help recover excess assets
• Review and correct inventory database inconsistencies and redundancies
• Utilize data to indicate what inventory is end of life and can be removed from stock
• Ability to report on metrics and KPIs of work completed
• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership to correct issues or processes
• Assist various teams in capturing and refining information protection requirements, integrating those requirements into system designs, and ensuring program compliance

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, logistics and inventory management
• Experience with compliance and auditing in an IT environment
• Experience in SOC2 compliance audits and related standards
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment; ability to re-prioritize regularly in order to remain current with business needs
• Self-motivated; ability to handle multiple responsibilities under limited supervision
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple, simultaneous, complex priorities
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner
• Professional communication skills
Estimated Pay Range:
