GENERAL DESCRIPTION |
- Minimum 1 years of offshore ROV / Trenching experience.
- Offshore operation, data recording, maintenance and repair or the ROV / Trenching / ROVDrill system and ancillary equipment under the direction of the Superintendent / Supervisor.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- To perform ROV operations as instructed and in accordance with approved procedures and Canyon QHSE Policy and Objectives
- Stock-taking and inventory control of the system spares and consumables.
- Maintain system and project records (e.g. inventory, weekly reports, dive logs, video logs, etc… under the direction of the Superintendent or Supervisor.
- To conduct and maintain records of maintenance in compliance with Canyon Offshore Maintenance System.
- To ensure work area and equipment are kept clean and safe.
- To carry out other tasks as delegated by Canyon Project Manager or Superintendent / Supervisor
- To cultivate and maintain a positive attitude.
- To apply safe work ethics.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.

COMPETENCIES |
- Shall meet IMCA competence criteria by satisfactorily completing assessment as a Pilot/Technician Grade 1 with a nominal minimum of 1 year’s offshore experience and 100 hours piloting.
- Shall possess extensive knowledge of current safety and quality standards as applied to systems and their requirements in an offshore environment.
- Shall possess current HUET / BOSIET, medical certification, Safe Gulf and passport.
