P&A Supervisors
General Description:
• Rigging equipment.
• Frequent walking up and down stairs, climbing ladders, and picking up hoses.
• Checking out equipment, assisting crew with operations with equipment, and assisting Pump Operator.
• Make sure the operation runs smoothly with open communications between Helix Alliance Supervisors and Managers, including company man on job.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
• Rigging up equipment
• Inspecting equipment
• Responsible for the safety of the crew, (the crew is always required safety gear on), ensure that the SWPs and SOPs of AES, Client, and location are followed explicitly.
• Operating equipment if necessary
• Hold safety meeting daily or when necessary. (JSA’A)
• Communicate with the company man on location along with managers to make sure the job is carried out as per regulations.
• Daily update of required Field Tickets on company-assigned computers to Office Managers.
Competencies:
• To operate P&A equipment and all items listed under duties and responsibilities.
• To supervise 4 employees.
Working Conditions: Exposure to the following: chemicals, cold, dampness, fumes/gases, heat/humidity, heights, and noise.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience operating of e-line unit and proficiency in basic operations of perforating, jet cutting, and running & setting plugs.
Physical Requirement:
• Medium work – lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must have good depth perception and peripheral vision, and average hearing.
• Must be able to stand 12-16 hours.
• Occasional sitting
• Must be able to drive on occasion.
• Position requires repetitive grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, finger dexterity, and foot movement.
• Position requires frequent bending, squatting, climbing, twisting, and reaching
