The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Exhibition Services Department.

  Responsibilities:

• Render design support to marketing team
• Create design drawings for special booths or events
• Prepare presentation proposal to clients or project managers
• Produce construction and detail drawings
• Develop 2D, 3D and other media’s design solutions
• Site supervision on stand set-up
• Design and update hall plans
• Gather latest design concepts, new materials, color trends for adoptions and applications

  Requirements:

• University graduate with some relevant working experience
• Knowledge/experience in exhibition contracting or operation
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing 
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
• Working location in Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre [Shuttle bus service will be provided from Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station]
   

Remarks: Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Designer, Special Design.

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
