Responsibilities:
· Handle receipts and payments and prepare bank reconciliation statements
· Assist in preparation of final accounts and annual budget estimates
· Prepare regular reports including monthly projections and quarterly budget reports with variances analysis
· Prepare regular cashflow forecast and foreign currency requirement
· Undertake ad hoc assignments assigned by management
Requirements:
· University graduate or with a recognized accounting qualification
· 3 years’ relevant experience in professional firms or commercial organizations, less experience would consider as Junior Accountant
· A quick learner, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
· Strong logical sense with good analytical and problem solving skills
· Responsible, meticulous and with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Good command of written English and Chinese
· Proficiency in MS applications, particularly in MS Excel
· Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP an advantage
· Immediate availability is highly preferred
