Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and effective secretarial / administrative support to the Head of Information Technology Service
Perform all rounded administrative duties to manage the operation of the department
Schedule team and cross departmental meetings, appointments and reservations as needed
Provide administrative and HR related support for IT outsourcing staff, such as arrange interviews, coordinate with agencies, handle purchase orders and review monthly timesheet
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned when necessary
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above, preferably with formal secretarial training
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support, HR related experience is added advantage
Independent, mature and reliable, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese
· Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel
