The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, is looking for a dynamic and high caliber professional to join our Creative Department.

Responsibilities:

• To organize various fashion shows & events to promote Hong Kong’s fashion industry and fashion designers
• To co-ordinate with clients, different work parties on show/event productions and presentations, photoshoots for events and other promotional activities
• To contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and collaboration and sourcing PR agents, KOLs, media to publicise the fashion shows and activities
• To handle social media and website publicity and contribute ideas for contents
• To help recruit participants for promotional activities and source collaboration partners
• To oversee budget of projects 

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in fashion design, clothing or related studies
• Minimum five years of working experience in fashion show/event production and PR marketing. Familiar with event management and front-of-house operation
• Experience in show/event production in lifestyle or fashion PR & marketing a definite advantage
• Passion about local fashion/lifestyle promotion and devoted in exploring new ideas and partners
• Excellent command in written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, detail-minded and able to work independently and under pressure
• Hands-on PC skills, especially in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Remarks:

Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for the position of Fashion Executive.

Remuneration and Benefits

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
