THE PURPOSE:
The Digital Content Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the execution and optimization of
digital content strategies across our website and mobile app. This position collaborates with the
Senior Manager of Digital Content and various teams to enhance user engagement, streamline
content processes, and ensure that all digital content aligns with brand objectives, while also
incorporating front-end development responsibilities.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for):
● Content Support and Coordination: Assist in the development and execution of digital
content strategies, ensuring all content is consistent with brand messaging and
promotional initiatives.
● Content Management: Help manage the content calendar and track deadlines to
ensure timely publication of digital content across platforms.
● Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and site
operations teams to gather and share content requirements, ensuring alignment with
ongoing campaigns and projects.
● Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on content
performance, providing insights to the Manager of Digital Content to inform optimization
strategies.
● A/B Testing Support: Assist in the execution of A/B testing initiatives in collaboration
with Data, Tech, and IT Business Analytics teams, focusing on improving user
experience and conversion rates.
● Front-End Development: Implement front-end changes using HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript to enhance content presentation and user experience on the website and
mobile app.
● Quality Assurance: Review content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand
guidelines before publication, ensuring a high standard of quality.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
(or equivalent practical experience).
● Experience in digital content coordination or a similar role, demonstrating familiarity with
content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools.
● Proficiency in front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion
for storytelling.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
● Familiarity with content marketing platforms (e.g., SFCC, Mainstream CMS, Asana) and
basic knowledge of personalization automation tools.
● Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility testing.
● Basic skills in graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools.
● Relevant internships or coursework in digital marketing, content management, or web
development.
