WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As the Global HR Director – Service, he/she will be responsible for providing HR leadership to CPI’s Service business by developing and implementing the People Strategy aimed at enabling the growth and transformation in becoming a nationwide service provider across various markets. The Service business has a dispersed workforce with more than 350 field service technicians located in United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
In this role, he/she will construct and execute the talent strategies aimed at transforming the organizational culture to drive and increase employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction. You will have an analytical approach, a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding and execution of change management initiatives. This role will be a key part of our global Human Resources Leadership team with opportunity and visibility to engage with the global team and the corporate CXT HR Leadership team.
This role has two direct reports located in the U.S. and one dotted line HR Operational resource.

Business Acumen: Leverage HR expertise, energy, and business acumen to immerse yourself in learning the business, providing strategic partnership with employees and senior leadership. Comfortable around people of all levels both inside and outside the organization, is aware of key needs and issues throughout the business, can adapt their approach to different audiences to achieve results.
Talent Acquisitions and Management: Partner with Director, Talent Acquisitions to develop talent strategies to attract and recruit top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs. Define a talent development (Intellectual capital) strategy to retain and develop top talent while building a talent pipeline and succession plans.
HR Analytics and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Candidate must be attentive to detail with the ability to assess and provide viable solutions to problem-solving in a precise, compliant, and timely manner with the highest degree of accuracy. Utilize data analytics to make infirmed decision regarding HR strategy, workforce planning and operational efficiencies.
Transformational Change Management: Ability to define talent strategies that will transform the organization aimed at accelerating growth. Influence and guide leadership team on communication and change management best practices.
Employee Engagement: Design initiatives to foster a positive work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and promote a strong company culture.
HR Project Management: Deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally. Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
