Crane Currency has an immediate position opening for a HR Business Partner (1 Year Contract). Based out of Tumba, Sweden.

You will be part of a local HR Team of two colleagues driving and supporting the Crane NXT People Strategy.
You will work closely with HR colleagues at other global sites and be involved in the execution of our overall HR strategy.
Your task will be to implement, develop and proactively drive strategic and operational HR processes and projects that support Crane Currency Development & Business plan.
You will act as a business support to management when it comes to all types of HR related tasks.
Under Global HR we work strategically with areas such as culture, leadership, compensation, diversity and with continuous improvement.
Required:
Education: University Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar.
Experience: Minimum 5 - years experience and solid background in Labor Law, Union Negotiation, HR administration.
Strategic and analytical skills with a passion for turning people strategy into business results.
Solid experience in qualified HR work at both operational and strategic level. You can work independently in a structured way and since we are an organization in constant change, the role will require a lot of flexibility, pragmatism, and a strong ability to set the right priorities.
Very good knowledge of labor law, good negotiation skills, Collective agreement knowledge and experience, for Blue Collar & White Collar.
Preferred:
Experience and knowledge in Payroll Administration and/or Compensation & benefits

Your role is in Tumba, Stockholm, located in the historic Tumba Bruk area, 10-minute walking distance from the train station, 30 km south of Stockholm, and about 20 minutes from Stockholm Central Station. Tumba is a small suburb in an area with different cultures from all corners of the world. The area offers a beautiful landscape and countryside feeling. You can spend the day to explore the shopping mall nearby, enjoy the surrounding nature, or take the train into the vibrant pulse of Stockholm City to enjoy the many restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and stroll through beautiful Downtown, Gamla Stan.
