How you will make an impact:

You will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our international business. By ensuring robust financial management and compliance, you will enhance our international financial stability and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of financial management, reporting, control and compliance for our international business. Your strategic insights and leadership will support informed decision-making and foster sustainable growth. You will also streamline financial processes across diverse regions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Ultimately, your expertise will contribute to the overall financial health and expansion of the organization.

• Oversee the financial management and reporting of international operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's global growth and sustainability.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, SOX and other regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.

• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Leadership Team and Board of Directors to inform decision-making.

• Manage international treasury services, ensuring efficient cash flow management and financial stability.

• Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Develop and implement financial management systems, procedures, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Monitor and support country office accounting and reporting performance, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. 

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required:

• Professional Accountancy qualification (Chartered Accountant or similar)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

• Extensive experience in international finance and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and SOX.

• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Abila MIP).

Preferred:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
