How you will make an impact:

You will play a crucial role in maximizing the President's efficiency and promoting a positive company image. This position involves managing the President's schedule, coordinating travel, and acting as a liaison between the President, executives, and employees. Additionally, you will handle correspondence, organize company events, and ensures effective communication within the organization. By maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting strategic initiatives, you will significantly contribute to the overall success and productivity of the President's office. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.

• Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of the President's time.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between the President, executives, employees, and external partners, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Handling correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies and documentation to support daily operations.
• Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are managed smoothly.
• Assisting with special projects and strategic initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
• Ensuring all sensitive information is handled with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
• Creating and editing presentations, reports, and other documents for the President.
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items for Board of Trustees meetings.

Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, English or commensurate experience.
• 7+ years supporting executive or C-Suite leadership
• Excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience communicating with high level officials and external parties
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
• Strong written communication/writing capability for formal enterprise-wide communications 

Preferred: 

• Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) 
• Experience in international organizations / publicly traded companies
