Computercraft is helping to grow a Project Management Office (PMO) team at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), part of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). We are looking for a PMO Head to lead this team in cultivating Agile work practices and project management concepts across all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will lead a PMO in this life sciences organization, maturing frameworks and best practices in Agile software development, coaching software development product teams, and liaising with program heads and senior leadership of the organization.

NCBI provides free access to petabytes of biomedical and genomic information, and scientists all over the world use its cutting-edge web products. Working on NCBI products, the PMO team can help to accelerate the development of cures for diseases like COVID-19.
This is a full-time position working on site at the NIH Campus in Bethesda, Maryland, but the new hire will initially telework. Currently, all Computercraft employees at NIH are teleworking full time to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Employees will return to onsite work as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.
