Job Overview

We are seeking an AWS Cloud Developer to help design and develop Amazon Connect and associated downstream integrations. As an AWS Developer, you will be participating in design sessions and subsequently developing call centre-related applications and support user testing, sign off, and production migration.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience managing, leading, and/or delivering professional services or customer success.
• Available to promptly respond and resolve software-related issues and emergencies outside of regular working hours, ensuring the continuity and stability of software systems.
• Actively listen to clients and teammates to understand business processes and project objectives.
• Customer-facing/consulting contact centre experience, preferably with Amazon Connect
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
• Experience with CloudFormation, Amazon Connect, Contact Lens, Agent Workspace, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration and Call Centre Routing, and other AWS services like DynamoDB, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis Streams, etc...
• Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g. python, java, Node.js)
• API integration experience
Nice to haves:
• Contact Center architecture knowledge
• Hands-on experience building complex omnichannel contact center solutions
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Salesforce knowledge

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:   Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
