The Analyst, Financial Systems & Reporting is a pivotal figure in Crane's Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) process, ensuring the seamless integration of financial systems and reporting frameworks across newly acquired entities. With a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in M&A transactions, the Analyst collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to assess, strategize, and execute the integration of financial systems, processes, and data. The role also provides accurate and timely consolidated reporting of financial data.
This role has significant interaction with the Corporate Controllership and FP&A teams, as well as business unit finance teams. The role serves as a key member of financial systems support for M&A and supports the administration and management of Hyperion Financial management (HFM.) The role applies a mix of analytical, functional, design and technical skills to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive continuous process improvement. The role also provides support to other business systems.
