Jones & Roth is looking for an energetic, detail oriented, experienced administrative professional to support our Eugene office.   This position will have work hours from 8:00 - 5:00 with possible extended and weekend hours during February - April.

Purpose:  This position welcomes and directs clients while maintaining a professional office atmosphere. Ensures clients are provided with the highest level of hospitality. Utilizes a computer based multi-line telephone system to answer and direct calls. Assists with assurance and tax processing.  Performs variety of general office functions to support the team.

Reports to:  Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Front office
    • Close office and cleanup for the day
    • Tidy reception area/maintain conference rooms
    • Greet clients with a smile and "what can I do for you" attitude
    • Schedule appointments
  • Phones
    • Answer incoming phone calls
    • Check firm voice mail and turn off/on
  • Mailing/Shipping
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail
    • Coordinate UPS/Fed Ex and other shipping needs
    • Coordinate courier
    • Monitor postage meter
  • Miscellaneous duties may include: 
    • Order and monitor supplies
    • File folder requests
    • Scanning as needed
    • Fax distribution
    • Filing/organizing
    • Assist with coordination of on-site trainings and meetings
    • Assist with facilities issues
    • Other projects as needed to support the team
