Summary/Objective
The Quality Management Nurse is responsible for the identification and timely reporting of certain clinical indicators/measures (as defined by State and Federal regulations) as well as the review, investigation, analysis, tracking, trending and reporting of aggregated data related to those measures and/or any variations in the standard of care.

Required Education and Experience
Graduate from an accredited nursing program with 3 – 5 years of related experience in clinical indicators and reporting, monitoring, and assessing clinical data.
Required License/Certifications
Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse
