Position Summary:
Maintain structural integrity of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and configure new SAP modules including acting as a liaison with the information technology department (HISNA), project management, reporting, testing, and administration of system functionality in an automotive manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and stabilize HR modules in the SAP system: Payroll, OM, PA, Benefits.
- Serve as liaison between the Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) departments to identify and implement added system functionality and
programming.
- Provide first level support to HR in trouble–shooting system issues, root cause analysis, and development of countermeasures.
- Develop and implement unit, cycle, and integration testing as well as documentation for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functionality.
- Maintain employee data within HRIS.
- Perform acceptance testing for all HRIS upgrades.
- Create and distribute reports for all organizational levels as needed.
- Conduct end-user training in both individual and classroom settings.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management
System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned
Position Requirements: Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
