Position Summary:
Responsible for execution of HMMA process and vehicle evaluation activities that are undertaken to provide the highest quality zero-defect solutions for our 
customers in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:

  •  Maintain and organize departmental information electronically.
  •  Act as a liaison between other departments, focusing on quality control.
  •  Understand and support processes affecting quality, including data interfaces, compliance, etc.
  •  Continuously streamline quality control data recording, reporting in areas of responsibility, and overall operations.
  •  Provide a high level of customer support to all teams.
  •  Identify, analyze, and resolve system-wide issues with an emphasis on root cause analysis and countermeasures.
  •  Support other department to meet overall company objectives.
  •  Provide accurate KPI reports to management daily or as assigned within deadlines.
  •  Maintain accuracy and data integrity of reporting systems.
  •  Be fully aware of the current quality plan and optimal plan changes when necessary.
  •  Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management 
    System (SMS) requirements.
  • Meet all other requirements as assigned. 

Position Requirements:


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
    preferred

Related Experience

  • 0 – 10 years of job related 
    experience preferred.
  • Experience in process/vehicle
    evaluation and/or vehicle part 
    quality testing desired.
  •  Auditing experience desired.

Additional Information:
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
