Sr. Requirements Analyst

TS/SCI Clearance Required

Location: Tampa, Florida (Onsite)

The contractor shall provide on-site analysis to support USCENTCOM’s interaction with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and execution of the USCENTCOM Capabilities Integration and Development System (CCIDS). The Contractor shall provide written analysis, written position papers and PowerPoint briefing products to identify, assess, analyze and articulate capability gaps. TS/SCI Clearance required.

Specific Duties:

• Analyze plans and strategic guidance, such as the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP), Operation Plans (OPLANS), Concept Plans (CONPLANS), Operation Orders (OPORDS), Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOS), Commander’s estimates, Congressional testimony and strategic documents;

• Support Joint Staff Functional Capability Boards (FCBs);

• Coordinate the actions of the USCENTCOM Functional Capability Boards (CFCBs) with requirements sponsors, the Requirements Oversight Council, Joint Staff FCBs, and Joint Staff FCB Working Groups;

• Ensure USCENTCOM requirements are documented, processed, vetted and adjudicated in accordance with Joint Staff guidance;

• Assist CFCBs and CCJ8-ARC with coordination and analysis of Commanders Integrated Priority List (IPL), Program and Budget Review (PBR), and CCIDS Urgent Needs;

• Communicate and coordinate requirements inputs with USCENTCOM’s Joint Directorates, Combatant Command (CCMD) Components and Service Headquarters Points of Contact;

• Utilize Joint Staff’s Knowledge Management/Decision Support (KM/DS) system for JCIDS coordination and IPL capability gap entry, prepare Electronic Staff Packages (utilizing the USCENTCOM’ Task Management Tool (TMT));

• Utilize and edit SharePoint to present requirements-related material to the CFCB’s, HQ Directorates and Components;

• Support the Warfighter Senior Integration Group series of meetings through preparation

papers, topic analysis and draft responses for USCENTCOM CCJ8 action items.

General Qualifications:

· Analyze requirements definitions, conduct preliminary planning and coordinate the evaluation of alternative approaches and associated costs of general performance specifications of a system, project, mission or activity.

· Associated tasks include requirements analysis and performance analysis.

· Develop and analyze the total mission profile and life cycle of the systems under consideration.

· Develop and maintains requirements records.

· Develops and maintains service budget and expenditures.

· Ensures compliance with records management policies, guidance, and standard
