Internal Application Eligibility

To submit an application for an internal position, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Current job performance meets or exceeds expectations for current role
• Minimum of 12 months in current role

Any exceptions to the above requirements require final approval by the General Manager. We support your professional development from Day 1 so if you are not eligible, there are still other ways you can continue to grow and develop. A great resource at your fingertips to help you prepare for the direction in which you’d like to head, and to set you up for success when the time comes to apply. Or, speak to your manager about other ways you can continue your developmental journey at Key Cooperative.

Once you’ve found a position that you’re interested in, click the “Apply for this Position” button. You will be directed to the application page whereby you’ll enter in an email address and password before completing the application form for that specific role. Be sure to remember the email and password you’ve used, as this will allow you to log back into your profile to view your application history, edit your profile and apply for other internal roles.
