Description:
The USAID funded Sri Lanka and Maldives Monitor, Document, Evaluate and Learn (MODEL) Activity is implemented by ECODIT LLC, a United States based international development and consulting firm, since September 2022. ECODIT LLC is requesting EOI from qualified individuals to provide consultancy services in Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL), Collaborating Learning and Adapting (CLA) and leading/conducting evaluations and assessments in selected thematic areas on USAID funded projects. The thematic areas include, but are not limited to social cohesion and reconciliation, human rights, gender and development, media analysis, governance and accountability, economic development, environment resilience, climate change, natural resource management and energy sector.
This EOI in no way obligates ECODIT to award a consultant agreement nor does it commit ECODIT to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of an EOI. ECODIT bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in International Development, Economics, Public Policy or other relevant field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience working on donor funded activities (experience supporting USAID projects preferred);
Experience working in one or more of the following technical areas:
Strong project management skills, along with highly developed interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
