Call for Experts - USAID Nepal e-Governance Activity

ECODIT is seeking applications from qualified experts for the anticipated four-year USAID Nepal e-Governance Activity. The purpose of the Activity is to strengthen the e-Governance ecosystem of Nepal for equitable, accessible and quality service delivery to citizens. The Activity has following three objectives:
1. Objective 1: Develop and implement eService(s) integrating data across ministries and levels of government
2. Objective 2: Skill building to all three levels of government to operate data platforms and eServices
3. Objective 3: Enhance accessibility of eServices in targeted locations
ECODIT seeks candidates for long-term technical assistance (LTTA) and short-term technical assistance (STTA) positions with experience and expertise in the following technical areas. Candidates will ideally have strong experience working on IT, data management, digital literacy, service delivery, training, capacity building, and citizen engagement, in an international development context, and for projects funded by USAID.
