Our client is a joint venture between aviation and defence leaders to build a owrld-class military aircrew training program. They are seeking a Leader, Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) to oversee and deliver innovative, integrated IM/IT solutions across this high-profile, multi-decade contract.

About the company:

●      Joint venture to build a long-term military pilot traingin program.

●      Will deliver pilot, air combat systems officer, and airborne electronic sensor operator training.

●      Provides live-flying, simulator, and classroom training, alongside full operational, maintenance, and IT support across multiple locations.

What you will be doing:

●      Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s business systems and  IM/IT infrastructure.

●      Manage IM/IT subcontractors, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

●      Oversee IM/IT infrastructure performance, security, and business continuity protocols.

●      Direct IM/IT policy development, compliance, and system integration across finance, quality, training, maintenance, and reporting systems.

What we are looking for:

●      Senior IM/IT leaders with 10+ years in complex, large-scale program management.

●      Proven experience managing IM/IT contractors, suppliers, and large government contracts.

●      Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with a background in defence, aviation, or training development.

●      Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, IT business administration, or related field.

●      Ability to obtain and maintain all Security Clearances (Secret level) and other required access certifications.
