Our client is a Canadian leader in aircraft services for corporate, commercial, and military customers worldwide. They specialize in maintenance, cargo operations, pilot training, and aircraft leasing. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead an upcoming ERP upgrade and future information systems initiatives.

      Established Canadian aviation leader with over 50 years of experience.

      Specializes in maintenance, modifications, cargo operations, aircraft leasing, and military pilot training.

      Operates across Canada with a workforce of 1,100+ employees.

      Known for innovation, technical expertise, and dedication to aviation craftsmanship.

 

What you will be doing:

      Lead planning, execution, and tracking of projects, beginning with an 18-month ERP upgrade.

      Manage IS-focused projects, gathering requirements for smaller initiatives as needed.

      Engage with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, success criteria, and ensure strong communication across teams.

      Oversee budgets, resource allocation, risk management, and project deliverables to meet organizational and industry standards.

      Implement best practices, process improvements, and change management strategies to ensure project success.

 

What we are looking for:

      Five or more years of project management experience.

      Certification or degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.

      Knowledge of IS frameworks, ERP systems, and project tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).

      Proven leadership of cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.

      Familiarity with aviation or MRO-related industries is considered an asset.
