We are seeking a Fulltime (no C2C) Salesforce Solution Architect.  This is a remote position with minimal to occasional travel (15-30%).  Please note we are unable to sponsor at this time. 

Applicable candidates would possess the following skills:

 

  • 5+ years working directly with Salesforce – Sales Cloud is a must.  Additional skills that are not required but would be of some benefit:  Service Cloud, Field Service Lighting, Communities, Service Cloud Add-ons, CPQ, Einstein, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Commerce

Responsibilities

Discovery  - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to understand requirements

  • Architect and lead discovery plans that cover the business organizations, processes, and personas defined in the project 
  • Create detailed User Stories and manage within an Agile Project tracking Tool (e.g., Jira)
  • Engage a wide range of stakeholder (end users to senior leadership) to ensure completeness of requirements and alignment to project objectives

 

Design - Design scalable and sustainable solutions to address business needs, considering factors such as data model, security model, business processes, customization, and user experience

  • Work with business stake holders to define before and after processes
  • Collaborate with technical architects  to translate user stories  and requirements into robust solution designs
  • Present findings and gain alignment on Solution design and benefits with all stakeholders

 

Develop - Oversee the development and testing process to ensure that the Salesforce solutions meet functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and usability

  • Work with business stakeholders to refine user stories
  • Work with on-shore and off-shore developers to ensure understanding of requirements and related business context
  • Perform simple development, as required, using OOTB capabilities
  • Lead demonstrations, prototypes, conference room pilots to validate designs and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Plan, lead, and support Salesforce testing cycles (QA, UAT)

 

Deploy - Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change effectively by facilitating user training, communication, and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation and user adoption

  • Create Training Materials and lead Train-the-Trainer sessions
  • Provide hyper care assistance at required
  • Assist with User Adoption assessment and planning

 

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Must be an expert at Sales business processes and typical metrics and/or Service business processes
  • Capable of some application configuration; ability to develop code with APEX and/or Lightning Components a plus.
  • Have Certifications in Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant,  Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must have experience working with off-shore developers
  • Prefer East or Central Time Zone
