Solution Architect 2 (Multiple Positions)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Define and implement enterprise architecture and review processes, programs, and strategies, including integration with business and IT processes. Assess business requirements and prepare functional and technical design documents. Architect the technical solution by writing high-level and low-level technical design documents. Coordinate with fellow team members to review the technical design. Lead the code review meetings to ensure that business requirements and coding standards are met. Coordinate with project stakeholders to secure sign off on User acceptance Testing. Prepare training documents on application changes and provide trainings. Provide production support after go-live. Evaluate and propose hardware and software products, standard configurations design, and documentation of architecture design and analysis work. Serve as an escalation point during incident resolution and provide overall responsibility and oversight of the implementation of solution architecture. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% within the same MSA.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in:
Using Hibernate and UNIX; and
Micro-services architecture and testing frameworks such as Spring Framework, PowerMock, Junit, Postman, or SoapUI.
Experience: Three years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in:
Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Framework, Kafka, Spring cloud, MQ, maven, swagger; and log4j;
Building enterprise application using MySQL, Cassandra, Mongo DB, and MSSQL;
Deploying enterprise applications in Wildfly 10.1.0 or above, Apache Tomcat, and WebSphere;
AWS or Azure cloud technologies; and
Building CICD pipelines in AWS or Azure
