Be part of a team that powers exceptional guest experiences behind the scenes. As a Guest Services Assistant in our Contact Centre & Online Support team, you’ll support guests through online and contact centre channels, helping them plan, book, and prepare for their visit with confidence. Working in a back-of-house environment, you’ll engage with guests via phone, email, and Live Chat, providing clear advice, accurate information, and booking support across our products and services.
You’ll play an important role in helping guests make informed booking decisions that best suit their needs – from Epic Australia Pass products to resort-specific offerings – while delivering a high standard of service at every interaction. Working closely with our in-resort Guest Services and internal teams, you’ll help ensure guests arrive prepared and enjoy a seamless, memorable experience. Whether returning for another season or joining for the first time, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values service, accuracy, and teamwork.
