As a Group Bookings Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in preparing and coordinating group bookings for Perisher, including school groups and other organised programs. Acting as the main point of contact throughout the pre-arrival journey, you’ll ensure groups are well-informed, supported, and fully prepared before they arrive at the resort.

In this detail-focused and highly collaborative role, you’ll work closely with group leaders and internal departments to confirm booking requirements, coordinate logistics, communicate key information, and ensure every group booking is accurately prepared in advance. Your work will help create a smooth, organised and positive experience for guests before they even step foot on the mountain.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for group customers, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the pre-arrival journey
  • Coordinate and prepare group bookings, ensuring all products, requirements, and booking details are accurately set up in advance
  • Liaise with group leaders and internal teams to confirm schedules, requirements, and key information ahead of arrival
  • Maintain accurate booking records and ensure updates or changes are communicated promptly to relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate any risks, issues, or gaps that may impact the guest experience prior to arrival
  • Support group sales enquiries and contribute to continuous improvement across group booking and coordination processes

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant qualifications in customer service, tourism, administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in a contact centre, bookings, reservations, or customer service environment
  • Experience handling enquiries across phone, email, or digital communication channels
  • Confidence processing bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately within booking or reservation systems
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with a wide range of guests
  • A calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
