Human Resources Advisor

Provide general Human Resources support services and employee services initiatives across the resort via emails, telephone, or face to face enquiries and assist with daily tasks including (but not limited to) employee housing, uniforms, Workers Compensation, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, staff events & communication, surveys, reward & recognition programs, and systems support to staff access portals.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

  • Implement Reward and Recognition programs including Epic Service, staff service awards and staff benefits programs.
  • Implement a staff Events Calendar including Epic Promise Day, Epic Service Awards and other staff recognition events to provide an Experience of a Lifetime for all employees.
  • Provide advice and support to staff and managers on staff conflict, disciplinary matters and where required undertaking investigations into staff incidents.
  • Assist in the distribution of information for weekly reporting to all key Managers on Workers Compensation claims status, costs and rehabilitation results

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • Return to Work Coordinator training
  • An ability to use database applications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
