As a certified instructor you'll deliver engaging lessons, keep energy high, and make the mountain fun and accessible for every guest.

All season, you’ll sharpen your skills through on-snow clinics, world-class training programs, and expert coaching.

  • Delivering safe and engaging lessons for guests of all ages and abilities
  • Creating memorable experiences through quality teaching and a supportive attitude
  • Working independently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety
  • Collaborating with all our teams to ensure smooth, positive experiences for guests
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to progress your own skills

What You'll Bring

  • Current Snowsports Instructor Certification (APSI or recognised international equivalent – See ISIA)
  • Previous teaching or coaching experience (desirable)
  • Strong communication and guest service skills, with English fluency
  • A passionate, adaptable attitude and team-first approach
  • Confidence teaching independently, with a commitment to safety and guest experience

Your Availability

Our Instructing team are employed casually, with the following options:

Unlimited Availability: For full-season instructors, typically work up to six (6) days per week over Winter (June–September). Ideal for consistent work, training and eligibility for staff accommodation.

Limited Availability: For balancing other commitments. Must meet minimum availability requirements (see below), and arrange your own accommodation:
